Personal submission to the Consulate

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Application form (we will provide)
2. Passport copy (minimum 6-month validity)
3. UAE visa copy (minimum 6-month validity)
4. Recent white background photograph 2
5. Noc from the company/trade license copy
6. Original 03 months Personal bank statement, with bank stamp – single entry & 06 month for Multiple Entry visa
7. confirmed flight reservation (we will provide)
8. A copy of the hotel confirmation letter (we will provide)
